is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>To determine the Haugh units, the egg is cracked on a flat glass plate after weighing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The egg white height gauge is then used to determine the egg white height at a distance of approximately 1 cm from the edge of the yolk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The formula for calculating the Haugh unit is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image you all the components you need to record Haugh units with your Windows PC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The system can be operated with a standard PC with a current operating system (Windows
